  1. This is really cool, Jasun. It’s always nice when one’s work can be expressed directly in one’s community (and regularly). I’ve always had a soft spot for the small town newspapers. This one looks like it’d be fun to read, esp your column. Congrats!

  2. This takes me right back to the early 70’s but different..so cool.I spent time on the famous hippy enclave of Vancouver’s 4th avenue. Sometime if you see my wall you might see someone from 4th Ave Hippy Reunion page..that was the group formed by a person I knew not well in the day, Kathy Smith..good idea. Ive been to Kits in July 2015 but havent been able to attend the picnics since. They also have a previous Fri at Billy Bishop pub and the musicians the oldies still play. I dont go out at night. haha Anyway, I like the spirit of this paper and the people in your circle at the warm and windy corner across from the old forest park.
