One of the most difficult lessons to learn on the so-called spiritual path is that it’s OK to fail.
This means especially failing to be “a spiritual person.”
In fact, there’s no such thing as a spiritual person. There are only people with spiritual interests and airs.
Spirituality is not a personal choice; it’s an inner momentum that’s quite shockingly impersonal.
It has no interest in airs, only it fulfilling its objective.
In fact, there are no persons, only Spirit moving bodies. Failing to see this truth doesn’t change it; it only means you don’t get to experience it.
