Spiritual group work allows for individuation because the right selection of individuals, focused on a shared goal (embodiment), mirrors the Soul in a way the personal ego never can.
A group unified by a common purpose is the natural solution for an ego fragmented by conflicting desires.
Real purpose can only be discovered within the context of a group, because purpose must always trump mere self-interest. A heart beats not for itself but for the whole body.
A spiritual group is a shared space in which the participants become ever more “I-Soul-lated” as their focus turns inward, towards the Soul.
